I am a native Polish speaking professional interpreter, translator, proofreader and language teacher who works from and to the English and Polish languages. I am based in the UK, in Leeds.
Interpreting and translation
I am a holder of the level 6 Diploma in Public Service Interpreting issued by the Chartered Institute of Linguists. Although I specialize in legal interpreting and translation, I have worked in a range of other settings within both the public and private sectors, as well as political conferences and at international film festival settings in the UK and Poland.
I am fully qualified to provide simultaneous, consecutive and chuchotage (whispered) interpreting.
Magdalena is an extremely professional and accurate interpreter and is very good with clients.

Polish language lessons
As a native Polish language teacher I have taught the subject at Exeter College, Exeter University and at other Polish language schools in the form of face-to-face and Skype private lessons for the last 12 years. I carefully adapt each session’s planning and topic to the individual student’s needs in order to facilitate effective learning progress.
